What requirements are necessary to
enroll in the mesotherapy training course?
To enroll in our mesotherapy training course, you must be a registered Naturopathic
Doctor, Medical Doctor, or Registered Nurse in your province or state and hold a
current license to perform injections via intramuscular, intradermal and subcutaneous
routes. We reserve the right to request a copy of your licence must be faxed or
emailed to our office at time of registration. It is the responsibility of the practitioner
to ensure compliance with the regulatory board standards and guidelines applicable
to their province or state.
What are the hours of the training
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Is there hands-on training?
Yes, the hands-on practicum sessions are a major component of the three-day course
and include the opportunity to practice your injection techniques on several patient
volunteers preparing you to immediately incorporate mesotherapy into your practice.
Appropriate attire for consultations and treatments with patient volunteers is required.
What is the class size of the training
Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to allow for individual attention

At our spacious facility at 220 Duncan Mills Rd, Unit 110, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Can I take Module 2 or Module 3, if
I haven't taken Module 1?
No, Module 1 is mandatory and must be completed before progressing to Module 2 or
Module 3. You may elect to take all three Modules or you may choose to take Module
1 and Module 2 or Module 3 depending on your practice focus. It is strongly recommended
you complete all intended Modules at the same training weekend.
What is your refund policy?

30 days prior to the first day of the training session you are registered to attend.
A non-refundable fee of $250.00 will be deducted. Refunds will not be issued with
less than 30 days notice. All non-refundable fees may be applied toward any future
training course for a period of one year.

How to get to the Institute?
Pinewood Institute is located at 220 Duncan Mill Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada,
just north of York Mills Road, on the west side of Don Mills Road. We share the
same facility with Pinewood Natural Health Centre, Suite 110, just inside the main
entrance across from the security desk.
The office building doors open daily at 7:30 AM.
From the 401, take the Don Valley Parkway south to the
York Mills exit. From the exit ramp, make a left turn onto York Mills Road, heading
west. Make a right onto Don Mills Road and drive north until you reach Duncan Mill

Would the instructor travel to provide
training at another location?
Yes, the instructor will travel to another location providing there is a group of
6 pre-registered participants, a clinic venue is provided, volunteers are recruited,
and flight and accommodations are paid. Please contact us to arrange.
What about parking?
Onsite parking is available. Parking is $2.00 per hour on Friday. There is an automated
parking system on the premises accepting toonies, loonies, and VISA. Parking is
free on Saturday and Sunday.
Certifications / CE Credits
Is there a certification of completion?
Yes, once the training is finished a certification of completion is given to each participant.
Does the course qualify for continuing
Yes, our course often qualifies for CE credits. Naturopathic Doctors and Medical
Doctors from across Canada and the USA attend our courses, and requirements for
CE credits are different for each province/state. If you wish to know in advance,
we recommend you send a copy of the course outline to your regulatory board for
review and approval.
Are meals provided?
Yes, daily lunch is provided by Pinewood Institute, with a selection of coffee and
teas available throughout the training. You may indicate on your registration form
any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are there group discounts?
Yes, group discounts are extended to groups of three or more practitioners registering
together for the same training dates. Also, we are pleased to offer a discount to
students in their 4th year of study at a recognized naturopathic college and to
naturopathic doctors who register for our course during their first year after graduation.

Can I pay the course fee by cheque?
Yes, you may register for your course by paying with a certified cheque in CDN funds.
Please mail your completed registration form and your certified cheque for the total
amount (including 13% GST) to our office. Please send in your registration 3 weeks
in advance of the course start date to allow for processing of your cheque. Registration
for each training session closes one week prior to the course start date to allow
us sufficient time to recruit the appropriate number of patient volunteers for the
